The Administration of Technical Support, through its departments—Hardware Services and Computer and Peripherals Services—provides the following services to Kuwait University Staff.

Hardware and peripherals provisioning services.
includes Computer, laptop, photocopiers, printers and scanners.
To obtain these services, the college or the work center should contact the Technical Support Department. - Providing Ink cartridges.

Installation / technical support services for the provided hardware and peripherals.
To obtain the above services, the beneficiary must contact the Technical Support Department. -
Providing photocopiers.
The Technical Support Department communicates with the applicant in cooperation with the Stores Affairs Department. -
Photocopier maintenance service.
The beneficiary contacts the supplier company, and the company will check the machine and complete the maintenance procedures.Note:
Maintenance of photocopiers includes spare parts, consumables, and toners.
