Hardware and Peripherals Services

The Administration of Technical Support, through its departments—Hardware Services and Computer and Peripherals Services—provides the following services to Kuwait University Staff. 
 
  • Hardware and peripherals provisioning services.
    includes Computer, laptop, photocopiers, printers and scanners. 
    To obtain these services, the college or the work center should contact the Technical Support Department.

     

  • Providing Ink cartridges. 
  • Installation / technical support services for the provided hardware and peripherals.
    To obtain the above services, the beneficiary must contact the Technical Support Department.

     

  • Providing photocopiers.
    The Technical Support Department communicates with the applicant in cooperation with the Stores Affairs Department.

     

  • Photocopier maintenance service.
    The beneficiary contacts the supplier company, and the company will check the machine and complete the maintenance procedures.

     

    Note:
    Maintenance of photocopiers includes spare parts, consumables, and toners.
