3. The organization oversees program transactions, including tenders, practices, and direct orders, and coordinates license acquisition from corporations, ensuring proper channels for program submission and awarding.
4. Monitor supply and purchase agreements, along with the duration of both general and specialized program validity. Ensure prompt payment of outstanding balances in coordination with the relevant authorities. Additionally, draft studies that evaluate the characteristics of program licenses and their alignment with the needs of the university's work centers.
5. Submit proposals for future operating budgets based on the needs expressed by colleges and work centers for both general and specialized programs. Additionally, preparing an annual operating plan for the department in alignment with the proposed budget and the administration's strategic plan is crucial. After obtaining the administration's approval, implement this plan.
6. Overseeing the execution of departmental contracts, approving controls and conditions, and managing financial disbursements.
7. Creating plans to identify and train beneficiaries of both general and specialized programs to support the educational process while ensuring their participation in implementation with the relevant authorities.
8. Following up on general and specialized programs and preparing the necessary reports for use within the university.
9. Developing the annual operational plan and estimated budget for the department in line with the proposed budget and the strategic plan of the administration and focusing on its implementation.
