We, in the Beneficiary Service Department, are committed to receiving all requests and problems related to technical services for members of Kuwait University in all its locations. We work to solve technical problems efficiently and quickly. Specialized requests are transferred to the relevant departments to ensure the quality of solutions and speed of response. We are also keen to equip laboratories and registration halls to provide an advanced educational environment.

 

Tasks and responsibilities of the Beneficiary Service Department: 

Receiving requests and complaints about technical malfunctions from the various work centers in the university.

Distributing complaints to departments to solve them, each in its field of specialization.

Follow up on all malfunctions and complaints related to information technology in all work centers in the university and finding solutions.

Equipping laboratories and registration halls and updating them with advanced methods.
